At the only "Internet for everyone" center in Chelyabinsk, you are offered free of charge:
  • the opportunity to work on the Internet
  • to work with e-mail
  • to subscribe to teleconferences
  • to receive personal tuition
  • to take advantage of the catalog "Internet Yellow Pages" and other reference literature
The center gives all services free of charge!

 We welcome representatives of non-commercial organizations, researchers, students of educational establishments specialized in the Humanities and Social Sciences, and representatives of social organizations, requiring Internet services.

Founders The center was founded by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), represented by regional program director Phil Webb, and the Southern Ural State University.

The "Internet for everyone" center is supported by the US Information Agency (USIA) as part of the Internet Access and Training Program and is part of the FREEnet regional center, the SUU global net technologies department (Krivoshokov, V.A. - head of the department).
