The work stations are connected to the Internet via the regional center FREEnet router, which operates a leased-line Chelyabinsk-Moscow and several channels within the Chelyabinsk region. Unfortunately, the capacity of this channel is not very high, which is why CTU plans to acquire a digital line (128-256 kbps).
