Rules and Regulations of the "Internet for everyone" center

  1. Users's attendance of the "Internet for everyone" center is regulated by a schedule. To become a center user it is necessary to fill in a form and become acquainted with these rules.

  2. Registration of users is required before beginning work on the center computers. Each user is permitted to work on the Internet 2 hours per week.

  3. All center resources are provided free of charge; commercial use is not permitted.

  4. A user can subscribe to one teleconference per work time.

  5. The center was founded first of all for scientific, educational research purposes. Therefore priority will be given to those who use their allotted time for such purposes.

  6. The "Internet for everyone" center's resources may be used only in accordance with Russian Federation laws and the rules of the scientific-educational network FREEnet. e.g., the transference of pornographic information, appeals for violence, rousing national hatred, etc. are prohibited.
